The conference aims to review issues related to creating and sharing bibliographic databases, with particular emphasis on recording the contents of databases scientific and professional journals and presentation forms of cooperation with other networking sites and institutions. Exchange of experience and knowledge of the achievements and ambitions databases should therefore initiate cooperation in solving common problems and determining the direction of development.

Theme of lectures and discussions will focus around the following issues:

• Problems creating web databases, mainly dziedzinowych, recording magazine articles, including the question of semantic content indexing, standardize descriptions of formal access to the full-text publications:
• Software for editing and sharing databases, including integrated search (simultaneously search databases of various types, Meta)
• The quality and usefulness of bibliographic databases
• Bibliometryczne analysis, evaluation parameter - the score magazines
• Presence of the Polish resources of bibliographic databases in search engines world (such as Google, Google Scholar)
• Publication of bibliographies of employees
• Bibliographic databases and other services - partners or competitors
• Cooperation with publishers and editorial magazines
